Work out in the outdoors and get direct feedback on your exercise activity.
Download KOMPAN Cardio to your phone or tablet, then turn on Bluetooth, start pedaling, pair up with the KOMPAN bike and get going.
With the app, you can easily control resistance in 10 levels to make your workout easier or harder.
During your workout, you get instant feedback on:
- Time
- Speed (km/h or mph)
- Distance (km or miles)
- Cadence (rpm)
- Power (watt)
- Calories burned (kcal)
After your workout, you can save the details on your phone or tablet, share the workout with others and if you permit, the workout will be saved to the iOS Health app as Cycling workout with Time, Calories burned (kcal) and Distance (km or miles).
Your previous workouts (up to 200) can be recalled from the list on the app, showing Timestamp (date and time), Time (hours and minutes), Average speed (km/h or mph), Average Load level (1 to 10), Distance (km or miles), Average Power (Watt) and Average Cadence (rpm).
If you delete a workout from the apps list, then if permitted the workout is also deleted from the iOS Health app.
The app connects to following KOMPAN cardio equipment:

- KOMPAN Arm Bike
- KOMPAN Cross Trainer
When connecting to the bike, you will find the bike ID on the handlebar.
